1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of maplequirk.com and any order you place through it. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Customer Protection Policy and Intellectual Property Policy, which are all part of this agreement.

2. Using our store

You may browse and buy from the store if you are at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live and have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break its security, scrape it automatically, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to it.

4. Products, made to order

Everything we sell is printed to order by our fulfilment partners Printful, Printify and Cat Kiss Fish, at production facilities in the United States and China. Product photos and mockups show the design as accurately as we can, but small differences in colour, print placement and garment tone are normal in printing and are not defects. Size charts are on each product page — please use them, as sizing varies between garment styles.

5. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any customs duties or import taxes your country may charge. We may change prices, run promotions, or stop selling a design at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if the shipping address cannot be served, or if there was a pricing or description error.

7. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges on international cards; those are between you and your bank.

8. Shipping, refunds and returns

Delivery timelines and shipping rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, replacements and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photographs and the MapleQuirk name and logo on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. 10. Customer content

If you post a review, comment or photo, you keep ownership of it but give us a non-exclusive licence to display and share it in connection with our store. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks this rule.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption, strikes, customs holds or utility and internet outages.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where the Legal Seller is based. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — almost everything is solved quickly and directly. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
